Vatican city(Holy sea) is the most smallest country in world situated in Europe with geographic coordinates "41 54 N, 12 27 E" and area covering 0.44 sq km (0.44 sq km land and 0 sq km water). Its 0.7 times the size of The Mall in Washington, DC. The population is about 770 approximately in which most of them are not the permanent residence, population growth rate is 0.1% approximately. It has Italy surrounded all around.
Italian peninsula was ruled by Pope for more than thousand years until mid 19th century, When many of the Papal states are seized by newly united kingdom of Italy. In 1929 Popes and Italy dispute was resolved by three Lateran Territories, Which established the independent state of Vatican city.
